DraftKings MLB Lineup Advice: Tuesday (6/25) PREMIUM
It’s time to get ready for Tuesday’s full 15-game MLB DFS slate on DraftKings. This slate has a lot of interesting options and storylines, including some players facing their former teams, a couple of games with hitter-friendly weather conditions, and a couple of high-priced aces in good spots. However, can you afford those expensive aces and still fill out a lineup you are comfortable with? Get that answer and more in Tuesday’s lineup advice.
As always, be sure to pay close attention to the lineups when they are released and monitor the weather leading up to game time. For reference throughout the season, be sure to bookmark our overview of MLB Park Factors and how to Use Weather to Your Advantage in MLB DFS.
Madison Bumgarner (SF): $8,200 vs. COL
Well, if you see my two pitcher recommendations, then you know the answer to the question I posed in the intro. I do not recommend paying up for either Max Scherzer or Gerrit Cole in cash games on this slate. Instead, I’ll live in the mid-range with Bumgarner pitching at home against the Rockies. Colorado struggles outside of Coors Field against southpaws, posting a 30.0% strikeout rate (second-worst), a .289 wOBA (23rd), and 75 wRC+ (24th) this season. Bumgarner is the perfect cash-game pitcher, as he battles to pitch deep into almost every outing while limiting baserunners and providing a decent strikeout rate.
