DraftKings Projected Ownership: Week 10 (2019) PREMIUM
Are you excited for another week of DFS? If you want to be prepared, you should think about which players are likely to be popular picks. That way, you can either ride with them in cash leagues or bet against them in tournaments. Lucky for you, FantasyPros has a handy projected ownership tool, which makes that information easy to access for you. I’ll even be going through that information to give you my start and sit advice each week. Let’s jump in!
Most DraftKings lineups should feature either Drew Brees, Lamar Jackson, or Patrick Mahomes, but one of these three isn’t like the others. Let’s start with Brees. He’s got a pretty easy matchup against a bad Falcons team, and he’ll have all of his weapons to beat them with. That’s right, Jared Cook, Tre’Quan Smith, and Alvin Kamara are all back this week. The Falcons give up 24.9 DraftKings points per game to quarterbacks, the third-most in the league. I’m a fan of this option. Similarly, Jackson takes on another bad team. The Bengals surrender 22.8 DraftKings points per game to the position, which is good for eighth-most. Jackson dismantled the Bengals back in Week 6, so this he’s set for another QB1 performance. The outlier in this list has got to be Mahomes. I’m as optimistic as anyone that he can quickly get back to form, but he could be without two of his starting offensive linemen. That said, the Titans defense isn’t great against quarterbacks, and they did just lose Malcolm Butler to an injury. I’d go with either Brees or Jackson over Mahomes just until we can see how well the Chiefs quarterback has recovered. At under 10%, we’ve got both Jameis Winston and Kyler Murray. They’ll play each other in what should be a high-scoring game. The Cardinals and the Buccaneers are first and second in most DraftKings points allowed to opposing quarterbacks, so either Winston or Murray should be safe bets.
