Falcons at Panthers (Sunday, 1:00 PM EST)

Falcons: TE Austin Hooper (MCL) OUT, RB Devonta Freeman (foot) OUT.
Panthers:
CB Ross Cockrell (quad) OUT, CB Donte Jackson (hip) QUESTIONABLE.

Last weekend’s win over the Saints might have been a Pyrrhic victory for the Falcons. Sure, they improved to 2-7, but they lost Austin Hooper and Devonta Freeman to multi-week injuries in the process. Hooper sprained his MCL, so he’s expected to miss about a month, and Freeman’s foot sprain should cost him about two weeks. What’s the fallout? First, the Falcons will need to throw elsewhere for short-yardage gains, so expect slot receiver Russell Gage to see an uptick in usage. His value gets another boost from Carolina slot corner Ross Cockrell’s absence. Second, look for Brian Hill to explode — if he’s still somehow on your league’s waiver wire, add him now. Calvin Ridley and Julio Jones should also see some more touches as the Falcons recover and the Panthers attempt to fill in for their injured corners, but both were must-starts anyway. Jones is a high-end WR1 as per usual, while Ridley should be a high-end WR2 despite his lowly ECR of 28.

Cowboys at Lions (Sunday, 1:00 PM EST)

Cowboys: No fantasy-significant injury report listings.
Lions:
QB Matthew Stafford (back) OUT, RB Ty Johnson (concussion) QUESTIONABLE.

Yikes, Stafford is out again. The Lions have depended upon their star quarterback this season, and last week’s loss to the Bears revealed that they aren’t great without him. Jeff Driskel played acceptably, but he could not mount a fourth-quarter comeback to beat the Trubisky-led Bears. Although Stafford’s absence caps the upside of the Lions’ receivers (no more four-touchdown games for Marvin Jones), they still should have some fantasy value. Driskel targeted Golladay nine times, connecting on three of those passes for 57 yards and a touchdown. He’ll continue to be a touchdown-dependent, boom-or-bust WR2 play with Driskel under center. Driskel targeted Danny Amendola eight times — more than either Marvin Jones or T.J. Hockenson — but the slot receiver only caught four passes for 29 yards. He should continue to be one of Driskel’s dump-off options along with J.D. McKissic, which gives him WR4/flex play value. I might avoid Marvin Jones since Driskel only targeted him six times, but Jones will still have WR4/flex value at worst. At running back, Ty Johnson’s status improved as the week progressed, and he even earned a full practice on Friday. I still don’t think he’s anything more than a desperation flex play, but his availability could take some pressure off of Driskel. If you’ve been following my injury report column, you’d know the Lions have a slew of injured defensive linemen, but it looks like most of them should be back in action this weekend. We’ll have to see what they can do against Ezekiel Elliott and the Cowboys, who head into this matchup pretty healthy. Amari Cooper failed to practice in full this week, but he cleared the injury report, so he’ll get to try his luck against the Lions’ defense. He should finish as a WR1 if all goes according to plan.

Jaguars at Colts (Sunday, 1:00 PM EST)

Jaguars: No fantasy-significant injury report listings.
Colts:
WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) OUT, WR Parris Campbell (hand) OUT.

Both teams’ starting quarterbacks are set to return this week. Nick Foles has finally recovered from his clavicle injury, and he’ll make his first start since Week 1. Meanwhile, Frank Reich named Jacoby Brissett the starter on Friday, so we’ll be spared from another week of Brian Hoyer. Brissett and Foles are ranked QB17 and QB18 by FantasyPros’ ECR, respectively, and they both should return good QB2/Superflex value. I wouldn’t trust either as a QB1. The bigger story has to do with how each quarterback affects their offensive playmakers, however. Foles’ return shouldn’t affect his wide receivers’ value too much, and I’d look for D.J. Chark to continue having a WR1 season. Meanwhile, the Colts will be without their top three receivers (it doesn’t look like Devin Funchess will be back this week, either), and they just cut Deon Cain. Zach Pascal and Eric Ebron should be Dorsett’s top-two options this week. Expect Pascal to carry low-end WR2 value, and look for Ebron’s target share to make him a low-end TE1.

Bills at Dolphins (Sunday, 1:00 PM EST)

Bills: No fantasy-significant injury report listings.
Dolphins:
CB Ken Webster (ankle) OUT.

You should still fire up your Bills this week, but I’d like to congratulate Brian Flores for turning this thing around. His dumpster-fire squad knocked off the Brian Hoyer-led Colts last week while notching three interceptions. While bullying Hoyer and his set of backup receivers isn’t that impressive, the Dolphins’ secondary has looked surprisingly competent without its best corners (aside from Webster, Xavien Howard and Aqib Talib are on injured reserve). That said, I’m still betting on Josh Allen to take advantage of them on Sunday. He threw for 202 yards and two scores against the Dolphins his last time out, and No. 1 receiver John Brown got 83 yards and one touchdown. FantasyPros’ ECR correctly lists Brown as a low-end WR1 this week, and Josh Allen’s QB1 status shouldn’t be in doubt, either.

Texans at Ravens (Sunday, 1:00 PM EST)

Texans: WR Will Fuller (hamstring) QUESTIONABLE.
Ravens:
WR Marquise Brown (ankle) QUESTIONABLE.

He’s back! Well, maybe. Fuller, the NFL’s biggest name boom-or-bust receiver, is a game-time decision against the Ravens this week. It’s hard to gauge hamstring injuries, however. Remember when Adam Thielen came back after missing one game a few weeks ago, only to quickly exit after re-injuring himself? Yeah, I need to see Fuller get a full game in before I can safely recommend starting him. That said, if you need a high-upside lottery ticket to win this week, he might be your guy. On the Ravens’ side, Brown was limited in practice on Friday, so he is unlikely to be fully healthy for Sunday’s matchup with Houston. He played through an injury designation in Weeks 9 and 10, however, and he totaled seven receptions, 128 yards, and one score in those games. He’s an excellent WR3 option this week, and his speed means that he comes with some big-play upside.

Broncos at Vikings (Sunday, 1:00 PM EST)

Broncos: WR DaeSean Hamilton (knee) QUESTIONABLE.
Vikings:
WR Adam Thielen (hamstring) OUT.

Adam Thielen continues to miss time with a hamstring injury, and the Vikings have shifted back into a run-heavy offense. Thielen’s prolonged absence offers more value to Dalvin Cook and Alexander Mattison than anyone else, especially Stefon Diggs. Diggs has underperformed without Thielen aside from a strong Thursday night game against Washington, and I don’t know if he’ll get things turned around against the Broncos. He might be listed as the WR15 on FantasyPros’ ECR this week, but I think he’s a much lower-end WR2. On the Broncos’ side of the ball, DaeSean Hamilton’s injury likely won’t affect them too much. The team activated wide receiver Tim Patrick, who is a strong depth option, and let’s be honest, who does Brandon Allen need aside from Courtland Sutton and Noah Fant? Drew Lock also returned to practice this week, so look for the Broncos to activate him ahead of next week’s game in Buffalo.

Jets at Redskins (Sunday, 1:00 PM EST)

Jets: WR Demaryius Thomas (hamstring) QUESTIONABLE, RB Le’Veon Bell (ribs, illness) QUESTIONABLE.
Redskins:
WR Paul Richardson (hamstring) OUT, RB Chris Thompson (toe) OUT, TE Vernon Davis (concussion) OUT.

The good news for Washington is that Derrius Guice should be back, while Adrian Peterson escaped the injury report after he missed all of Thursday’s and some of Wednesday’s practice. The bad news is that Dan Snyder still owns the team. The Guice/Peterson backfield split likely won’t produce much beyond RB3/flex value, but bye-week desperation might force you to start one of the two. Richardson’s and Davis’ absence means the ‘Skins should continue to run the ball, and Bill Callahan’s offense is built to do just that. For the Jets, I expect Demaryius Thomas to play through his questionable tag once again. He did exactly that in Weeks 9 and 10, and there’s no reason to expect anything different now. Likewise, look for Bell to play through his injury designation just as he did last week. You should be safe to cash in on their easy matchup against Washington.

Saints at Buccaneers (Sunday, 1:00 PM EST)

Saints: CB Marshon Lattimore (hamstring) OUT.
Buccaneers:
No fantasy-significant injury report listings.

Uh oh. The Saints will have to take on Jameis Winston’s high-flying offense without star corner Marshon Lattimore. He shadowed Mike Evans for most of the two teams’ Week 5 contest, and Evans failed to catch any of his three targets. Winston only managed 15 completions, 204 yards, and two touchdowns in that game, but Lattimore’s absence should give the Bucs a pretty big boost. Both Evans and Godwin are currently listed as top-six receivers for Week 11, but I’d expect Evans to beat Godwin by a decent margin this weekend. Although Godwin went off against the Saints last time, the Buccaneers have been looking Evans’ way more often since the bye week, and Lattimore’s absence means that the Saints won’t be able to reuse the same defensive gameplan. The Saints’ secondary could even be one to target if Lattimore’s injury drags on for one to two more weeks, which most hamstring injuries tend to do.

Cardinals at 49ers (Sunday, 4:05 PM EST)

Cardinals: RB Chase Edmonds (hamstring) OUT.
49ers:
RB Matt Breida (ankle) DOUBTFUL, TE George Kittle (knee, ankle) DOUBTFUL, WR Emmanuel Sanders (ribs) QUESTIONABLE, RB Raheem Mostert (knee) QUESTIONABLE, WR Dante Pettis (back) QUESTIONABLE.

The 49ers will probably have to play without some of their best offensive playmakers this week. Matt Breida’s likely absence would give Tevin Coleman and Raheem Mostert added value — as long as Mostert can play. Kyle Shanahan has shown a fondness for the running game this season, and Breida, Coleman, and Mostert have combined for 1,272 yards so far this year. Look for Shanahan to keep running the ball with whoever suits up. Also, I’d fade Jimmy Garoppolo this week with so many of his receivers on the injury report. If Sanders can’t suit up, Deebo Samuel has proven that he can ball out, so look for him to carry a lot of upside into the matchup. If you’re a George Kittle owner, consider rolling the dice on backup tight end Ross Dwelley against the Cardinals’ league-worst defense against the position. Dwelley earned 11 targets in the past two games, which he turned into seven receptions for 53 yards. He’ll be touchdown-dependent, but most of the other tight ends you could stream will be, too. On the Cardinals’ side of the ball, David Johnson continues to struggle through his injury while Chase Edmonds sits out. Kenyan Drake is the back to own for now.

Bengals at Raiders (Sunday, 4:25 PM EST)

Bengals: CB Dre Kirkpatrick (knee) IR, WR A.J. Green (ankle) OUT
Raiders:
No fantasy-significant injury report listings.

The 0-9 Bengals added starting corner Dre Kirkpatrick to their injured reserve this week, ending his season. Worse, it doesn’t look like Green will be returning from injury this week or next. There’s not a whole lot left to say about Cincinnati — Tyler Boyd will continue to see the bulk of the work, while Auden Tate, Alex Erickson, and Tyler Eifert fight over the scraps. Ryan Finley only completed 16 passes for 167 yards in a blowout loss to the Ravens last week, so I’m not sure how much confidence the Bengals have in the fourth-round rookie. The Raiders’ soft secondary will be a good chance for him to rebound, but Joe Mixon’s 30 rushing attempts from last week make him the most appealing fantasy option out of Cincy.

Patriots at Eagles (Sunday, 4:25 PM EST)

Patriots: No fantasy-significant injury report listings.
Eagles:
RB Darren Sproles (hip) IR, WR Alshon Jeffery (ankle) OUT, RB Jordan Howard (shoulder) QUESTIONABLE.

The Eagles also added Jay Ajayi this week amidst their struggles at running back. The biggest winner from this week’s injury report is Miles Sanders, however, as I’d expect him to see a larger workload as Howard recovers and Ajayi gets back into the NFL groove. He’s been incredibly efficient on few touches so far this season, so he’ll be carrying high-upside RB2 value into this week’s game. Sure, the Patriots’ defense is incredible, but Sanders only needs to break a few big plays. The Eagles will also be without Alshon Jeffery, and their once-loaded receiving corps has dwindled down the stretch. As a result, Nelson Agholor, Zach Ertz, and Dallas Goedert should see the bulk of Carson Wentz’ downfield passes. I expect the Patriots to come into this game angry, however, so don’t be surprised if the Eagles struggle to keep the ball moving.

Bears at Rams (Sunday, 8:20 PM EST)

Bears: TE Trey Burton (calf) OUT, TE Adam Shaheen (foot) OUT, RB David Montgomery (ankle) QUESTIONABLE.
Rams:
WR Brandin Cooks (concussion) OUT, TE Gerald Everett (wrist) QUESTIONABLE, TE Tyler Higbee (knee) QUESTIONABLE.

The Bears head into their date with Sean McVay’s Rams without their top-two tight ends, and they could be without their starting running back. Mitch Trubskiy will be under increased pressure to perform this Sunday, which might not turn out very well for Chicago. Burton and Shaheen haven’t been fantasy-relevant this year, and I wouldn’t recommend streaming the Bears’ third-stringer, Ben Braunecker. Instead, look for Allen Robinson to carry high-end WR2 value as Trubisky’s best option, and even if Jalen Ramsey shadows him, I’m not worried. Ramsey has allowed 33 receptions on just 45 targets this season, giving up 396 yards in the process. Meanwhile, David Montgomery seems destined to be a game-time decision. If he sits, Tarik Cohen should see a lot of work, especially since the Bears parted way with Mike Davis earlier this month. On the Rams’ side of the ball, Brandin Cooks will continue to miss time, while Gerald Everett could also be absent from Sunday’s game. If Everett sits, don’t expect much from Higbee, who also heads into Sunday’s game with a questionable tag. I expect Jared Goff to keep spreading the ball around no matter who plays, and Cooper Kupp’s zero-reception game last week proves how unpredictable the Rams’ offense has become. That said, I’ll always be a big fan of Robert Woods when Kupp or Cooks sit out.
