We have been hearing rumors about Major League Baseball getting Spring Training 2.0 underway within the next month and potentially starting regular season games in early July. I figured that spark of news warranted a fresh set of rankings as many of you may finally be doing your drafts within the next few weeks. Before we get into the full set of rankings, let me highlight a few players that could benefit from a delayed start, shorted season, universal designated hitters and perhaps even all games being played in Arizona.
