Q3. What is your general strategy tip for Round 19?

Let me start with Odor, who will never be on any of my fantasy teams again. He singlehandedly ruined rotisserie teams last year by hitting .205 with a 30% strikeout rate. Now to the good from this round, which is upside pitchers: Urquidy, Keller, and James. I like all these pitchers a lot, but I give the nod to Urquidy who was lethal in the playoffs and someone the Astros brass appears to be very high on. Houston works magic with pitchers and I believe Urquidy to be the next reclamation project. Calhoun and Diaz are very solid bats if you need a hitter in this round.
– Jarad Evans (@Jarad_Evans)

Now, this is a fun group. Swanson was on the verge of a breakout before injuring his heel in July. Keller, Urquidy, and James are some of the most exciting lottery tickets to purchase. Gray would join them if playing outside of Coors Field all year. And why is Calhoun so cheap? Swing for the fences with any of these intriguing upside picks.
– Andrew Gould (@AndrewGould4)

There are probably a couple of guys that will go crazy this year and really help fantasy teams. I would like to get my hands on one of these pitchers, between James, Keller, and Urquidy the upside is crazy. If you are set on pitching, there is some massive upside with guys like Calhoun and Hampson on the offensive side. Those are the guys I am going after here.
– Jon Anderson (@JonPGH)

If I haven’t jumped into this crop of players earlier, I would actually be upset with myself. Here is where we have an abundance of sleepers primed to over-deliver on their low value. Dansby Swanson, Mitch Keller, Jose Urquidy, and Josh James could all explode, and I’d want as many of them as my roster allows. Basically, we may be approaching the end of the draft, but this is where we can make up some ground on the league.
– Mario Mergola (@MarioMergola)

This round starts and ends with Willie Calhoun for me. He has the potential to be a top-75 player, and you are getting him at OF5 prices. I probably already took him, so I’m targeting the youngsters Keller, Urquidy, and James here. If I already am comfortable with my SP5/6, Yandy Diaz has potential to break out. I probably already got Christian Walker, but Diaz would be a great consolation price at a corner infield spot.
– Carmen Maiorano (@carmsclubhouse)

We’ve got several quality picks available in this round between Josh James, who has ace potential, and Ryan Braun, who may benefit from a DH being added in the Cactus League if MLB goes that route. Jon Gray pitching away from Coors makes plenty of sense as well but my target here is Rougned Odor, who is a mortal lock for 25 HR/10 SB at a weak position.
– Bobby Sylvester (@bobbyfantasypro)

There are a few key players in this round, including Josh James, Willie Calhoun, and Mitch Keller, each of whom offers enormous value in this round. One of those three players should be your target or, if you’re starving for stolen bases, don’t be afraid to take Garrett Hampson. He’ll find enough plate appearances to make a difference.
