If you snagged Anthony Miller with a late-round pick, you can likely start him this week

Well, I’ve got good news and bad news. The good news is that the NFL season is here. We’re going to have a full complement of games to watch and analyze, which is probably the greatest news we’ve gotten all year. The bad news is that the injury bug has bit the NFL pretty hard right off the bat. Each Sunday morning, I’ll try to give you the list of players who are out, doubtful, or highly questionable. Here’s the list for Week 1:

OUT
Miles Sanders
Deebo Samuel (on IR for the first three weeks)

DOUBTFUL
Kenny Golladay

HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE
David Montgomery (expected to play)
Mike Evans (expected to play, but may be limited)
Mike Williams (not expected to play)
Courtland Sutton

Here are my updated rankings (that will be adjusted all the way up until kickoff) for this week after learning of all the injuries. If you’d like to know why each player is where they are, I’ve written a full paragraph on every player from every game in The Primer. It’s a weekly article that answers just about any question you might have, and you can read it for FREE right here. If you are still torn, we do a Sunday morning livestream where I answer as many of your questions that I can for a full hour, starting at 11am EST. Here’s the link to that. Now go, enjoy Week 1.
