Mike Tagliere’s 2021 NFL Draft Big Board (Top-150 Prospects)
Well, the time is up. As much as I enjoy the process leading up to the NFL Draft, you can drive yourself mad in the process. There are so many rumors and opinions out there that’ll have you second-guessing everything you do. In the end, each team’s big board will look different. And you know what? THEY SHOULD.
Every team has strengths and weaknesses, but the difference between the good teams and the bad teams are that the good teams acknowledge their weaknesses, or understand how to build on the strengths of their roster. Certain prospects come with stability and a limited ceiling, while others come with almost no stability and a sky-high ceiling. It’s part of the fun projecting which team will take which player based on how their roster is constructed and whether or not they need a player to contribute right away.
But putting everything on an even playing field, this is my big board if starting a team from scratch. This is not the order I would draft players, but rather how I view prospects on a “best player available” strategy. The higher they are on the list, the less bust potential they have, but at some point, you have to shoot for upside. Everything is built in. Here are my top prospects entering the 2021 NFL Draft.
