Julio Urias is the safest option on the slate.

Tonight’s main slate features a half-dozen games. My suggested player pool is tight, including only three pitchers and two stacks and some core studs and value options.

Saturday’s Starting Pitcher Strategy

Only one pitcher stands out as a lock for cash games. On DraftKings, where two pitchers are started, I’m leaning toward the cheaper option of the two forthcoming GPP recommendations as my SP2. Interestingly, while I’d normally also suggest using the cash recommendation in GPPs, I’m fading for cap space so I can load up on stud hitters.

Cash Game Recommendation

Julio Urias (LAD) vs. WAS
The BettingPros consensus lists the Dodgers as -315 favorites, which is the key nugget of info supporting Urias as the cash game selection. The game’s over/under of 9.5 runs might seem concerning, but the implied total for the Nationals is non-threatening.
