Sean Manaea presents a solid value tonight.

Thursday’s main slate is a small-ish five-gamer. With that in mind, today’s suggested pitchers, stacks, and value plays/punts are reduced from the normal, wider swath of options. Overextending your usable player pool to feel like you have all of your bases covered is a mistake, and I’m not going to make it.

Thursday’s Starting Pitcher Strategy

Another night, another road tilt for the Rockies. When the Rockies are on the road, picking on them with the opposing starting pitcher is often the right move. Tonight’s not an exception to the rule.

Cash Game Recommendations:

Julio Urias (LAD) vs. COL
The Rockies were held to four runs in a three-game series in San Francisco against the Giants running from Friday through Saturday, getting blanked in the series’s final game. They opened their three-game series in Los Angeles against the Dodgers by being shut out. They broke their two-game shutout streak last night, but they’re staying true to their tradition of disappearing offensively on the road.
