Jaylen Warren expected to be Steelers’ RB2
According to Dale Lolley of DK Pittsburgh Sports, RB Jaylen Warren, an undrafted rookie out of Oklahoma State, is expected to be the Pittsburgh Steelers’ RB2 behind RB Najee Harris, supplanting Benny Snell. (Source: Dale Lolley on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Harris hasn’t shown much concern for injury risk and the Steelers weren’t too interested in using multiple RBs, only giving 36 carries to their RB2 last season, Snell. However, with an expected massive workload for Harris as Pittsburgh’s bell-cow back, Warren becomes someone to keep on every manager’s radar as a handcuff and should be rostered in deep leagues. Warren is essentially going undrafted in fantasy drafts right now.
Trey McBride (back) will play Sunday

Fantasy Impact: The Cardinals drafted McBride in the second round of the draft and intend to use him as Zach Ertz’s backup in 2022. A talented pass-catcher, McBride has plenty of appeal in dynasty leagues, where he currently ranks 17th in the latest ECR.
Alec Pierce earning confidence of coaching staff

Fantasy Impact: Pierce, a second-round pick in the 2022 draft, has been very productive and reliable for the team throughout the course of the off-season. He is earning the trust of the coaching staff, and it’s been rumored that they’re backing off of picking up a veteran wide receiver because of his development. Fantasy managers shouldn’t be hesitant to take Pierce as a late sleeper in redraft and best ball leagues.
