Hunter Renfrow has been a relatively disappointing fantasy player this season, due mainly to a concussion that left him out two weeks, and Davante Adams dominating the target share in Las Vegas. On top of this, the slot receiver found himself on the injury report coming off the bye week with a hip injury. Tight end Darren Waller has already been listed as out for the week, which opens the door for Renfrow to turn in a solid performance. However, will Renfrow even be able to suit up against the Texans? Here’s what we know.

Hunter Renfrow (hip) questionable for Week 7
Hunter Renfrow (hip) is questionable to play in Week 7 for the Las Vegas Raiders.
Fantasy Impact
Renfrow went from practicing in full Wednesday to finding himself on the injury report to end the week. The wideout has struggled to see the field for the Raiders for much of the season. If Renfrow is able to play Sunday, the matchup against the Houston Texans makes him difficult to trust as anything more than a risky WR4.

What the Experts are Saying
Renfrow could be in for a big bounce-back game. There’s some concern though as he’s listed as questionable (hip) he didn’t practice on Wednesday or Thursday before getting in a limited session Friday. In the three games he’s been active, he has seen a 20.6% target share with a 79.7% route run rate. Against this zone-heavy defense, he could feast in Week 7. Last year Renfrow was eighth in PFF receiving grade and 12th in yards per route run (minimum 15 zone targets). He’ll run about 90% of his routes from the slot against Desmond King (61.1% catch rate, 60.2 passer rating). Renfrow is an upside WR4/flex.
