Waiver Wire Pickups: Tight Ends to Stash Ahead of Week 12
Foster Moreau (TE – LV) – 38% Rostered
With Darren Waller struggling through injuries, Foster Moreau has become the go-to tight end for the Raiders and has seen 23 targets in his last four games. Moreau struggles to turn catches into big yardage returns, but in PPR formats, he’s a steady set of hands and often, at tight end, all we need is a touchdown until Waller returns. Moreau will remain streamable.
Juwan Johnson (TE – NO) – 29% Rostered
It’s clear that Juwan Johnson is the TE1 in New Orleans, regardless of what Taysom Hill‘s designation is or even with Adam Trautman returning. Johnson has had four double-digit performances in his last five games and continues to be involved week to week. The Saints play the Rams this weekend, who have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to tight ends over the last three weeks, and then they play the Bucs, who have allowed the 13th-most points to opposing tight ends this season.
Isaiah Likely (TE – BAL) – 26% Rostered
Mark Andrews doesn’t seem to be fully recovered from the nagging shoulder injury that has kept him out of the last two games, and if he can’t play this weekend, Isaiah Likely will be the clear pass-catching TE for the Ravens again. As Likely continues to get more comfortable in this offense, he’ll no doubt see his snaps increase, and after having back-to-back games with a touchdown, there is no reason for the Ravens to want to reduce his playing time.
