Fantasy Football Injury Updates
DeeJay Dallas (ankle) estimated as non-participant Monday
DeeJay Dallas (ankle) was estimated as a non-participant for the Seahawks on Monday.
Fantasy Impact
Dallas missed Week 14’s game due to an ankle injury, and he wouldn’t have been able to practice on Monday if the team were to have practice. The team has to play on Thursday, so there isn’t much time for the RB to log practice time before their next game. He’s trending in the wrong direction for Thursday, and he could be ruled out in the coming days.
Kenneth Walker III (ankle) estimated as limited Monday
Kenneth Walker III (ankle) is listed as a limited participant in Seattle’s estimated practice report on Monday.
Fantasy Impact
Walker wasn’t able to play in Week 14’s game against the Panthers due to an ankle injury he suffered the week before, and he’s been estimated as a limited participant if the Seahawks were to practice Monday. That’s an encouraging sign for his availability, but Seattle has a short turnaround due to the fact that they play on Thursday this week. This is a step in the right direction for the rookie, but fantasy managers should continue to pay attention to his status as the week progresses.
Tyler Boyd diagnosed with dislocated finger; could miss 1-2 weeks
Tyler Boyd has been diagnosed with a dislocated finger that forced him to exit Sunday’s win early.
Fantasy Impact
Boyd left early on in the game Sunday after sustaining an injury to his finger, and that injury has been diagnosed as a dislocated finger. He’s not expected to miss extended time, but it will likely be enough to knock him out for a week or two. Trenton Irwin stepped up in the veteran’s absence and will likely continue to for however long Boyd is out.
Mike White day to day, expected for Week 15
New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh said QB Mike White is day to day with his rib injury and the team is preparing for him to play Sunday against the Detroit Lions.
Fantasy Impact
White has been solid for the Jets so far, throwing for 952 yards in three games. White was in and out during the Bills game with a rib injury and was taken to the hospital after the game. Facing a Lions team in Week 15 that has struggled defensively, this is a matchup that a pass-happy White could potentially expose against a top offense.
