DeAndre Hopkins: unlikely to sign with the Bills
According to the Athletic, DeAndre Hopkins is unlikely to sign with the Buffalo Bills. Three executives within the NFL believe that the Bills do not have the cap space to sign Hopkins.
Fantasy Impact
Hopkins is the top free agent wide receiver available and has numerous teams that are interested in signing him. Barring a move to shed cap space, the Bills likely will not land Hopkins heading into the 2023 season.

Greg Dulcich could see time in the ‘Joker’ role
Broncos’ head coach Sean Payton shared Thursday that TE Greg Dulcich could see time in the “Joker” role in his offense.
Fantasy Impact
The role Payton is referring to has been held by Reggie Bush, Alvin Kamara, and Darren Sproles during Payton’s time in New Orleans. Dulcich does not posses the same speed as those three running backs, but is clearly going to have a major role in the Broncos’ offense. Dulcich currently ranks as the TE14 in ECR, according to FantasyPros.

Elijah Moore standing out in OTAs
The Cleveland Browns are emphasizing a fast-tempo offense, with WR Elijah Moore being a standout target for QB Deshaun Watson during practices.

On Wednesday, Moore showed skill and flexibility, receiving numerous quick passes and demonstrating his potential in red-zone situations. Offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt praised Moore’s versatility, highlighting his ability to play inside and outside. For fantasy football players, Moore’s increasing role and chemistry with Watson could make him a promising pick for the upcoming season.
