Christian McCaffrey (calf/Achilles) will not return in Week 6
49ers RB Christian McCaffrey (calf/Achilles) will not return when eligible in Week 6.
Fantasy Impact
McCaffrey and the 49ers will likely target Week 7 as a possible return for the star running back. He will have to continue to ramp up in practice without any setbacks before the team activates him from injured reserve, as the 49ers will likely be cautious with rushing him back. Jordan Mason will continue to operate as the primary back CMC’s absence.

Rashee Rice having knee procedure this week to determine injury
Chiefs WR Rashee Rice will undergo a procedure on his injured knee to determine the severity of the injury.
Fantasy Impact
Rice is currently on injured reserve and will miss at least the next four games, but the procedure should give the Chiefs insight on Rice’s prognosis to return this season. Fantasy managers should expect Xavier Worthy, Justin Watson, and JuJu Smith-Schuster to lead the wide receiver group with Rice is injured.
