It’s Tuesday, November 4th. The National Basketball Association (NBA) has a total of six games on the slate. At 8:00 p.m., the Orlando Magic and the Atlanta Hawks meet on NBC/Peacock, while in the second end of the doubleheader, the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder and the L.A. Clippers battle at 11:00 p.m. ET. Here are our top NBA DFS picks and advice for tonight’s slate.

NBA DraftKings & FanDuel DFS Primer
NBA DFS Core Plays
- DraftKings: $11,500
- FanDuel: $12,200
Giannis Antetokounmpo is easily the highest-priced player on the board, but he is worth every penny. He is averaging a ridiculous 65.3 fantasy points per game, nearly five points better than anybody else on the board, and he is facing a very giving Raptors team.
Last time out in Indiana, the Greek Freak went for 33 points, 13 rebounds and five assists with two steals while hitting a tremendous 14-of-21 from the field in 32 minutes. He has made at least 61.5% of his field-goal attempts in all six games to date. In his first game in Toronto on October 24th, he went for 31 points, 20 rebounds and seven assists.

Tyrese Maxey has the second-most fantasy points per game (58.7), and that makes him a little bit more affordable than Giannis Antetokounmpo, although he doesn’t have nearly as juicy a matchup. The Bulls have an opponent rank of 14th, which is rather neutral.
Maxey has been a scoring machine so far this season, going for 35.2 points per game, while adding 9.4 assists and 4.6 rebounds per game, and he has dropped in 4.4 three-pointers made per game in his six outings. The former University of Kentucky standout is crushing it so far, so strike while the iron is hot.

If you don’t trust Tyrese Maxey or you want to save a little bit of salary, the Golden State sharpshooter is the main fallback option. On DraftKings, there are several different offerings with just the West Coast games to choose from, too.
Steph Curry has scored 23+ points in five of his seven games, and he is good for at least two three-pointers in each of his starts, while hitting four or more triples in five of his past six outings. Very rarely does Curry take a night off, giving DFS managers their money’s worth.
NBA DFS Cash Game Targets
- DraftKings: $8,300
- FanDuel: $7,900
Since flipping the calendar from October to November, Miles Bridges has been red-hot. He has scored at least 29 points in both games, while averaging 29.5 points, six rebounds and five assists per game, while knocking down a total of nine three-pointers in the two-game span.
Bridges will be working against a Pelicans defense with an opponent rank of 26th. He is averaging an acceptable 37.8 fantasy points per game. At this price, he is a strong value against the giving Pelicans.

Playing against the Atlanta Hawks and their leaky defense is always a winning proposition. The Hawks are just very giving, and that’s been a great combination for DFS managers and fantasy players in the past couple of seasons.
Wagner is averaging 37.8 fantasy points per game, and the Hawks are 30th in opponent rank. At this price, Wagner represents a pretty outstanding value, so take advantage and let him head up your Orlando stack against Atlanta.

Brandon Ingram is a strong mid-tier play against the Bucks, and that Toronto-Milwaukee contest could be a potential shootout.
The last time Ingram faced the Bucks in a 122-116 loss at home on October 24th, he hit 10-of-20 from the field and 3-of-7 from behind the arc, while finishing with 29 points, six rebounds, three assists and a blocked shot with three 3-pointers. The 29 points actually tied a season high. Let’s hope he can do that again.
NBA DFS GPP Targets
- DraftKings: $6,700
- FanDuel: $6,200
Collin Sexton has registered a pretty solid 27.8 fantasy points per game, and he is facing a Pelicans defense with an opponent rank of 24th. As a mid-tier play, he is worth a look in a potential high-scoring affair.
The 26-year-old is coming off a double-double against the Utah Jazz, his former team, posting 10 points with 12 assists and four rebounds, although he also had a season-high six turnovers, perhaps trying to do too much against his former mates.

- FanDuel: $6,100
Jonathan Kuminga is a solid mid-tier play, as he has posted 32.7 fantasy points per game while facing a Suns defense with an opponent rank of 25th. The 23-year-old had 17 points with five rebounds last time out, and he is averaging 20.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, three assists and 1.5 three-pointers made per game in the past two outings.
The Suns are 0-3 on the road, and they’re allowing 120.6 points per game overall this season, with teams hitting 47.1% from the field against them. The Suns are another team we’ll pick on for stacks until they learn how to play a better brand of defense.
- DraftKings: $5,800
- FanDuel: $5,900
With Trae Young (knee) sidelined for at least another month, players like Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Dyson Daniels, Luke Kennard and Keaton Wallace are likely to see added minutes to fill the void.
Alexander-Walker has been strong lately, going for at least 16 points in six consecutive games. He is averaging 16.9 points, 3.4 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game, with 1.7 three-pointers made per contest on the season. At this price point, he is quite a steal.
NBA DFS Value Plays
- DraftKings: $4,300
- FanDuel: $4,000
Isaiah Joe has made two appearances so far and is logging a healthy amount of minutes at a very, very low price. He opened the season with 20 points on Thursday against Washington, hitting five three-pointers.
Joe followed that up with 13 points, five rebounds and three three-pointers in 27 minutes against the Pelicans. He has exceeded DFS salary expectations in both of his outings.
- DraftKings: $3,900
- FanDuel: $3,900
The 24-year-old is worth a roll of the dice. While Tristan da Silva had a stinker last time out in Washington on Saturday, his previous two games saw him average 17 points, three rebounds and two steals, while hitting a total of six three-pointers.
If da Silva can come close to replicating that type of production, he is in good shape. He had 15 points, six rebounds, three assists, three steals and two triples in 24 minutes on October 24th in the first meeting with Atlanta.
- DraftKings: $3,900
- FanDuel: $4,100
Don’t expect it to happen regularly, but Keaton Wallace went for 11 points, seven assists, three rebounds and a steal with three three-pointers in 17 minutes off the bench in his most recent game in an NBA Cup win over the Indiana Pacers on Halloween.
If the score of the game allows, such as a lopsided win or loss, Wallace could exceed DFS salary expectations by miles, as he is one of the players set to see more time with Trae Young on the shelf.
