Notes
All it takes for Eddie Rosario to be a better fantasy player is for him to learn how to take a walk. He now has three seasons out of five with a walk rate of 3.7 or lower. If he could get that up to 8 percent, you're looking at a top 45 pick. As it is, he's a guy who is going to help you in home runs, RBIs, and be fine at batting average. That player is also known as nearly every other player in fantasy.
Michael Waterloo - FantasyPros
Ramon Laureano just checks the boxes for what you want in a fantasy player. Power? Check. Speed? Check. Elite-level defense? Check. Outside of walks, Laureano is the total package that fantasy players look for. He's not elite in any category, but as long as he continues to run and have an elite line-drive rate, he'll be a must-start option throughout the season.
Michael Waterloo - FantasyPros
Even despite missing 25 games, Rosario still drove in 109 runs thanks to 32 homers. With a full season and his steady .280 batting average, drafting him at his eighth-round ADP is pure thievery. He won't steal any bags but there is certainly something to be said for his consistent bat.
Bobby Sylvester - FantasyPros
Laureano was never a big-time prospect but he certainly put on a show in just 123 games last year, knocking 24 homers with 13 steals and a .286 batting average. Over a full season, he could potentially end up around 30/20 but he does come with some risk.
Bobby Sylvester - FantasyPros
Perennially underrated. Grab him in the 8th, 9th or even 10th round and there is no way he ends up a losing investment.
Michael Petropoulos - BRoto Fantasy
Power/Speed combo players are tremendous roto fantasy assets, but he is still young and had some very rough patches in 2019. Not buying into this breakout that some people are expecting. 20/20 is certainly viable, but there will be ups and downs.
Michael Petropoulos - BRoto Fantasy
A boring but safe fantasy option in a loaded lineup. 30 homers, 100 RBI, and a .280 average are fair expectations
Brendan Tuma - BettingPros
