| Sims is going to begin the year on the IL after battling some elbow soreness, but he'll factor in for saves once he's healthy. He has major strikeout stuff with his fastball and slider combination, but his control wanes at times, enough to keep him from becoming a lockdown, guaranteed option in the ninth inning.
