Notes | ||
Overall the final three weeks of the 2020 season, Mondesi was the hottest hitter in baseball. After failing to live up to his preseason expectations for most of the year, Mondesi hit .376 with 16 (!!) stolen bases over his final 93 plate appearances. It would be easy to argue that he won fantasy leagues down the stretch if it wasn't for such a brutal showing at the plate leading up to it. Still, this is the type of monstrous stolen base upside that'll keep us invested entering 2021. It goes without saying that Mondesi's value increases in roto leagues. He should be viewed as a wildly volatile player to draft. Brendan Tuma - BettingPros |
