Homer Bailey has surgery & likely to start season on the disabled list

Homer Bailey underwent surgery to remove bone spurs in his elbow. Bailey will likely start the season on the disabled list after being shut down for four to six weeks. (Zach Buchanan on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Baily who is almost two years removed from TJ surgery is still struggling to make his way back. Homer pitched in six games last season before being shut down with biceps tenderness. For now, I would advise against anything that involved Bailey until he can show that he is capable of throwing on a regular basis.
