Luis Severino allows one baserunner in two innings of work

Luis Severino continued the trend of strong starting pitching for the Yankees, as he allowed only a walk in two innings of work. Severino struck out a batter, as he is working to find his role for the 2017 Yankees. He had a 5.83 ERA with the Yankees in 2016.
Fantasy Impact:
Severino only pitched two innings, but looked sharp, as he is working his way back in the rotation in 2017. He was 0-7 as a starter in 2016 with the Yankees, but rallied to post a 2.29 ERA in his last 19 2/3 innings of the season as a reliever. While he may not be as good of a pitcher as he was in 2015, where he posted a 5-3 record and 2.89 ERA, the potential is there for a break out.
