Price has thrown nearly 1,700 innings as a pro so this is a bit concerning. As Farell said the discomfort is more than usual making this something to keep a close eye on. Price's 220+ strikeouts are hard to replace so start preparing in case Price misses some time. Price is projected to be the Red Sox #2 pitcher going into the 2017 season.
