The Rockies have selected Mark Reynolds' contract from Triple-A Albuquerque. (The Virginian-Pilot)
Fantasy Impact:
The Rockies have been plagued by injuries so far this year, and it has presented Mark Reynolds with a great opportunity. With Ian Desmond out with a broken left hand, it looks like Reynolds will begin the season as the starter at first base. His power bat at Coors Field could provide some value in NL-only and deeper mixed leagues while Desmond is on the DL.
