Ian Desmond (hand) to resume Baseball activities this week

Ian Desmond is scheduled to begin fielding drills and playing catch this week, and could return by the end of April. (Nick Groke on Twitter)

Ian Desmond hasn't seen live action since March 12th, but all signs indicate he is progressing nicely. With Mark Reynolds playing so well, the Rockies may take their time with the former All-Star.
