Yu Darvish twirls seven splendid innings against the Angels Thursday

Yu Darvish made a statement today with seven sparkling innings against the Angels. He allowed five hits and no runs while walking two and striking out 10. It was a performance the Rangers sorely needed as they went on to win the game, 8-3. With the win, Darvish is now 1-1 on the year while the Rangers' stand 4-5. Next up for him is Jesse Hahn and the Athletics, Tuesday at Oakland.
