Jason Kipnis could rejoin the Indians as soon as Friday in what the team has called a "best case scenario." Kipnis has missed the start of the season due to an ailing shoulder. (Paul Hoynes on Twitter)

Kipnis was able to restart his rehab this weekend after it was put on hold due to him taking a pitch to the left hand. It appears that he'll be good to go soon, and the shoulder injury isn't expected to be a lingering issue.
