Alex Wood can't get out of the fifth inning

Alex Wood allowed seven hits (one home run), four earned runs, walked one, and struck out six in 4 2/3 innings Friday against the Arizona Diamondbacks. 52-of-76 pitches were thrown for strikes.
Fantasy Impact:
Wood got the start due to the blister injury for Rich Hill. The same injury shelved Hill for an extended period of time last season, so it's conceivable that Hill could continue to stay in the rotation. If so, Wood does provide strikeout upside. Just be aware that he does have command and control issues at times.
