Drew Pomeranz (1-1) allowed two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out four over 5 1/3 innings to take the loss Friday against the Orioles.
Fantasy Impact:
Pomeranz pitched a solid game against a tough Oriole offense in Camden Yards. But the lefty did not get much support from his hitters and ended up with the loss. Pomeranz will look to improve upon a 4.60 ERA and 1.21 WHIP when he takes on the Yankees at home on Thursday.
