Andrew McCutchen went 1-for-2 with a home run, two RBIs, a run scored, and two walks on Saturday against the Yankees. He also added a stolen base.
Fantasy Impact:
McCutchen flashed back to 2014, contributing both a stolen base and home run. He also now has three home runs on the season, showing he still has plenty of power in his swing. The stolen base was a nice addition, and if he continues to steal bases, McCutchen could turn out to be quite a bargain this season based on his draft price. Either way, McCutchen is on track to provide fantasy value this season and owners who took a chance on him have to be happy with early returns.
