David Peralta rips four doubles

by Brendan Ringwood | Cubs Correspondent | Sun, Apr 23rd 2:12am EDT

David Peralta set a team record with four doubles in one game. He finished the night 4-for-5 with three runs scored but surprisingly no RBIs.

Fantasy Impact:

Peralta was somehow unlucky enough not to have a runner in scoring position for any of his hits. In fact, his first double was crushed to center field and missed being a home run by inches. With his four-hit effort tonight, Peralta raised his average from .254 to .294. His ability to hit against right-handed pitching is well-documented by now, and he should be in fantasy lineups when the team has more righties than lefties in a week.
