Matt Garza lasts four innings in his first start off the disabled list

Matt Garza lasted four innings in his first start off the disabled list on Monday against the Reds. He allowed four hits, four runs (one earned) while walking three and striking out two batters. He did not factor into the decision.

Fantasy Impact:

Garza threw 93 pitches in his season debut, 57 of them for strikes. It wasn't the most encouraging start, and a couple of errors made it look much worse for Garza. He'll still get plenty of opportunities to start as long as he's healthy, and he could be an interesting tournament play in DFS contests if he can put together a string of average starts. He'll get his next opportunity to toe the rubber when the Brewers take on the Braves at Miller Park on Sunday.
