Matt Cain pitches well against the Dodgers

Matt Cain looked good Monday night against the Dodgers, throwing six shutout innings while giving up just two hits and one walk. Cain also struck out three on the evening.
Fantasy Impact:
Cain's solid performance lowered his ERA on the year to 2.42 as he improved to a record of 2-0. His rotation spot was in question entering the season but he has definitely earned himself a longer leash. In the right matchups, there may be some fantasy usefulness here after all.
