Austin Pruitt goes three innings in spot start

Making an emergency start, Austin Pruit did not give up a run in three innings Tuesday in a 2-0 win over the Orioles. Pruitt yielded just one hit and one walk while striking out three.
Fantasy Impact:
I am sure not many fantasy owners have heard of Pruitt before last night. The 27-year-old is in his first year in the majors and has been used primarily in long relief. He will go back into that role and will resume being fantasy irrelevant.
