Joe Ross lasts just 4 2/3 innings on Tuesday

Joe Ross was touched up by the Rockies for five runs over 4 2/3 innings on Tuesday night. Unfortunately for Ross, he fell just one out short of earning a win, as the Nationals jumped out to a 7-0 lead early and went on to win 15-12.

Fantasy Impact:

After a solid debut last time out, Joe Ross got knocked around a bit on Tuesday night. He allowed two home runs and only struck out two batters as he labored through 90 pitches and did not last five innings. He'll take on the Mets his next time through the rotation, and he will likely be glad to leave Coors Field.
