Wade Miley walks six in losing effort Tuesday

Wade Miley only gave up two runs over seven innings to the Rays on Tuesday, but he did walk six and ended up with the loss as the Orioles were shut out 2-0. Despite the walks, Miley turned in his third consecutive quality start.

Wade Miley has gotten off to a strong start to the year, and his WHIP still sits at 1.00 despite walking seven batters in his first start and six more on Tuesday. He is also uncharacteristically striking out 11.1 batters per nine innings. Enjoy the hot streak for now, but be on the lookout for some regression that is sure to be on the horizon for Miley.
