Justin Wilson takes over closing duties in Detroit

Tigers manager Brad Ausmus has made the decision to name Justin Wilson the new closer. This comes on the heels of two straight blown saves from Francisco Rodriguez. (Anthony Fenech on Twitter)

If Wilson is still available, he should immediately be picked up. He's been stellar this season with a 14.49 K/9 rate and a 14.4% SwStr%. The writing was on the wall for the setup man and unless he struggles to the extent that K-Rod did, he'll have a chance to hang onto the job the entire season.
