Aroldis Chapman blows first save

by Waleed Hawatky | Pirates Correspondent | Wed, May 10th 2:04pm EDT

Aroldis Chapman suffered his first blown save of the season on Sunday, surrendering three runs on three hits and issuing a pair of walks in just 2/3 of an inning against the Cubs.

Fantasy Impact:

So... you're saying he's human. Coming into the game, Chapman had given up just one run on the season but found the going rough against his former club this time out, putting two men on right from the start. Chapman's ERA and WHIP have jumped as a result, sitting now at 3.00 and 1.25 respectively, but his 20 strikeouts in 12 innings of work is still outstanding. No reason to worry about the game's top closer.
