Kendrys Morales avoids DL for now

An MRI revealed that Kendrys Morales has only a minor strain in his left hamstring and the Blue Jays are hoping he can avoid the disabled list, Sportsnet reported. (Sportsnet)
Fantasy Impact:
The Jays will use a short bench for a couple days in the hope that Morales recovers quickly, but if his progress stalls they will be forced to send him to the DL. Ezequiel Carrera and Steve Pearce should receive more consistent playing time until Morales is able to return.
