Yovani Gallardo earns the win despite shaky bullpen performance

Yovani Gallardo logged his second win of the season on Monday. Gallardo lasted 6 1/3 innings, striking out five while allowing three runs. All three runs came courtesy of home runs, as Gallardo allowed two.
Fantasy Impact:
On the whole Gallardo has been alright this season for the Mariners. His consistency of about five or six innings of work and allowing between two and four runs give owners a strong baseline of what to expect with him start by start. If you are desperate for pitching, Gallardo could help as a streamer, just do not expect much more in his stat line than what was previously mentioned.
