Russell Martin on the mend

Russell Martin said that his shoulder "definitely feels better," but that the team will be careful not to rush him back too soon. (TSN)
Fantasy Impact:
Martin is eligible to come off the disabled list on Thursday, but it sounds like he may not quite make it back by then. “I definitely want to be back as soon as possible, but at the same time, I want to be back and stay back,” he told TSN. Backup catcher Luke Maile has been dreadful at the plate, but he's earned praise from the pitching staff and the Blue Jays have been scoring plenty of runs lately, so the decision to exercise some caution with Martin is understandable.
