Chase Anderson hit hard by the Cubs on Sunday afternoon
by JP Gale | Red Sox Correspondent | Mon, May 22nd 12:05pm EDT
Chase Anderson allowed six runs on seven hits over four innings in a loss to the Cubs on Sunday afternoon. He walked three, and struck out two batters. It was his first loss of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Anderson served up three home runs on Sunday, two to Kris Bryant. The home runs allowed more than doubled Anderson's season total from two to five. His ERA now stands at 4.25 to go along with a 1.46 WHIP. Unless you're in a tremendously deep NL-Only league, leave Anderson on your waiver wire until he can put forth a quality start or two. His next start will come against the Diamondbacks at Miller Park on Saturday afternoon.
