James Paxton on track to rejoin Mariners May 31

James Paxton is on track to rejoin the Mariners' rotation on May 31 in a contest against the Rockies. He's been sidelined by forearm tightness since the beginning of May. (Ryan Divish on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Paxton is expected to make a rehab start with the team's Double-A affiliate on Friday. If all continues to go well in his recovery, he'll be back by the end of the month. Owners are hoping he can pick up where he left off as one of the best producers in baseball. Paxton posted an ERA and WHIP of 1.43 and 0.98 with three wins and 45 strikeouts over his first six appearances spanning 37 2/3 innings of work.
