Andrew Triggs struggles in loss

Andrew Triggs allowed six runs on eight hits over 5 1/3 innings in Sunday's 12-3 loss to the Red Sox.
Fantasy Impact:
Triggs struggled in this one almost immediately out the gate, putting his team in a 2-0 hole before they even stepped up to the plate. The A's would briefly take the lead before Triggs, again, had trouble with the top of the Red Sox order, eventually leaving an inning later when he served up a two-run blast to deepen the Oakland deficit to 6-3. He struck out seven on the day but also walked three. Triggs has been pretty good this year, though, so there isn't too much reason for alarm. He'll take his 5-3 record, 2.77 ERA and 1.13 WHIP onto the road to visit the Yankees.
