Manuel Margot goes hit-less during win over Arizona

by Joshua Wattay | Twins Correspondent | Mon, May 22nd 3:23pm EDT

Manuel Margot went 0-for-4 at the plate, striking out once during Sunday's 5-1 victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Fantasy Impact:

Margot couldn't get anything going against Arizona's Zack Godley and T.J. McFarland. On the 2017 season, Margot has yet to post three consecutive no-hit performances at the plate. That does not mean that it couldn't happen when the Padres travel to play the Mets on Tuesday evening, but chances are Margot finds a way to get on base in that outing. He currently holds a .264 batting-average with a .311 on-base-percentage and a .399 slugging-percentage through 178 at-bats this season.
