Jordan Montgomery with best start of career

Jordan Montgomery allowed one run on two hits in 6 2/3 innings against Royals on Tuesday. Montgomery struck out six batters and did not allow a walk for the first time in his eight career starts. He has a 4.30 ERA this season and will face the Athletics in New York on May 28.
Fantasy Impact:
Montgomery left with a 2-1 lead in the seventh before the Yankees' bullpen faltered in a 6-2 loss, denying Montgomery his third win. This was the best start that Montgomery has had in his young career, which includes four quality starts in eight starts. Montgomery has yet to face the Athletics, but is 1-1 with a 4.13 ERA at home.
