Carlos Santana makes fifth appearance in the outfield

1B/DH Carlos Santana went 1-for-3 with a run and a walk in the Indians' 8-7 win over the Reds on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact:
This was the fifth appearance in the outfield for the 31-year-old, which will make him OF-eligible in many league formats. First base is a far deeper position than the outfield, so this extra position eligibility will make Santana more attractive. The switch-hitter was already enduring a tough start to the season but in the nine games since dropping from the leadoff spot, Santana is slashing a dire .182/.289/.333. The OF-eligibility is nice but a few more counting stats would be better.
