Brock Holt’s rehab while trying to get past vertigo symptoms was recalled, resetting his time clock because the Sox realized he would not be ready within the 20 days a position player is allowed to be on a rehab assignment. After taking five days off, during which he’ll visit a specialist in Pittsburgh, Holt could resume his minor-league assignment (Boston Herald)
Fantasy Impact:
Vertigo can be difficult to recover from. It can take people months. Holt is no different and is still feeling the effects. He could be out at least another month. Fantasy owners should move on from Holt and find someone on the waiver wire.
