David Price struggles in rehab start in Triple-A

by John Aubin | Thu, May 25th 5:44am EDT

David Price (elbow) gave up six runs (three earned) on seven hits over 3 2/3 inning in Wednesday's rehab start with Triple-A Pawtucket. Price struck out four and walked one. He needed 89 pitches just to make it through his 3 2/3 frames.

Fantasy Impact:

Price has not looked good in either of his rehab starts. The positive news is he has had no issues with his elbow or health. The Red Sox may want him to make one more rehab start before bringing him up to the big leagues. Fantasy owners will need to jump on him now if he is available in any leagues.
