Amir Garrett lands on 10-day DL

Reds' rookie left-handed starting pitcher Amir Garrett was placed on the 10-day DL with right hip inflammation on Wednesday. The Reds claimed right-handed pitcher Jake Buchanan off waivers from the Cubs in a corresponding move. (Cincinnati Reds on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Garrett pitched well to begin the season allowing two runs or fewer in five of his first six starts. However, he was roughed up in each of his last two starts against two good hitting teams (Cubs and Indians) to balloon his season ERA up to 6.00. There is currently no timeframe reported for his return. Garrett can be dropped in all 12-team leagues and placed on the DL or bench in 15-team mixed leagues and NL-only leagues.
