Joe Ross allowed five runs on 12 hits and a walk on Sunday against the Padres. He struck out four and fell to 2-1 with the loss.
Fantasy Impact:
This was a surprisingly bad start from Ross, who looked great in first start back from the minors against Seattle. He has a soft matchup this week against Oakland, so owners would be wise to give him another chance. But proceed with caution - if he struggles again, the Nationals may send him back to the minors to get ironed out.
